Multi-IL Event-Driven Risk Platform

Context

• Environment: Multi-IL (multiple impact levels), on-prem, and GovCloud for government clients.
• Role: Architect and lead for a full-stack development team on greenfield project, providing platform support.

Challenge

• Lead full-stack development on a greenfield project focusing on security and fine-grained authorization controls.
• Integrate fine-grained access controls, graph relationships, and change data capture pipelines.
• Evolve a system from a capture POC to a production system.
• Operate across both on-premise and GovCloud environments.

Architecture

• Event-driven risk platform utilizing Golang, React.js, Neo4j, Postgres, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.
• Kubernetes clusters with Istio service mesh, Gitlab, ArgoCD, and Platform One BigBang services.

Operational Model

• Work directly with customer to define functional requirements.
• Lead full-stack development.

Outcomes

• Successfully delivered the platform from POC and capture to production-ready for government clients.
